Elisany da Cruz Silva, world’s tallest teen girl, to marry 5’4” boyfriend.

Some couples are odd because they are diametrically
opposite in characteristics and personality. But if the
difference is not on an emotional or intelligence level but it
is on a physical level, then it becomes obvious to everyone.
One then really wonders what attracted them to each other.
But then as in science so in life – Opposites attract each
other!
Elisany de Cruz Silva is a mind blowing 6’8” tall and is
perhaps the world’s tallest teenage girl. She has been dating
Mr. Francinaldo da Silva who almost appears puny in her
presence at just 5’4”. They have been together for a little
over three years. According to the Daily Mail, Mr. da Silva
proposed to his tall girl friend in March. Although they
cannot see eye to eye when standing, the world’s tallest girl
accepted his proposal. Now she is getting ready to marry
her rather short fiancé.
The eighteen year old Ms. De Cruz Silva is an aspiring
model. She had in the past told her boyfriend many times
that he should not ask her to marry him, as her answer will
be ‘no’. So when he did propose she said that perhaps he
was thinking of her past words. But she surprised him by
accepting his proposal of marriage. She said she was very
nervous when she saw him proposing and really does not
know how she managed to cope with it then.
For Mr. da Silva who is 23 years old the engagement was
like a dream turning into a delightful reality. He is a
construction worker and had always wished to be with a
very tall girl. When Ms. De Cruz Silva came into his life, he
said she fitted the bill almost perfectly. He is absolutely
delighted by the way things have turned out for him.
The very tall girl has a condition caused by a growth in her
pituitary glands. It is a very rare type of gigantism due to
which she was always taunted at, especially in school. But
her fiancé is proud of her and is always telling everyone
about how happy he is just being with her. He is proud that
he has her for a fiancé. All his friends think she is very
beautiful, he said. He added that she is very different from
everyone he knows in his life and he is sure that he can
make her happy. He also said that their relationship is
special as they understand each other perfectly.
The couple lives in Salinopolis, a town in Brazil. Ms da Cruz
Silva however said that thing were not all that rosy for them
earlier. She was 16 when they had first met she said. She
mentioned she was immature and was just fooling around
with him for some time. She said she used to get very angry
with him and used to hate him like an enemy. She said she
just never really liked him and had wanted to hit him each
time they met.
But now having grown past their differences they have lived
for more than a year together. Ms. da cruz Silva said that
they plan to have a baby soon.
