The Harmattan, The Cuddling and The Unwanted Pregnancies.

It is harmattan season here in Nigeria with prevalent dusty and hazy weather conditions. In most parts of Nigeria, especially in northern extremes, the value of ambient temperature reaches alarming values. I have to be entirely honest, the cold is here with us. What's startling however is the rate at which cuddling and caressing now occur at successive intervals. On careful observation around campuses and regions heavily occupied by students, once it's past 7pm, the smart guys are already out in strategic locations, waiting for their net to rope their preys. The girls on the other hand are not at all innocent. They dress in killer attires, no minding the cold, still use their foundations and brown powder, neglecting
the harshness of the weather, and enter the streets to cause chaos. Summary of it all is, the guys end up going home majestically with the girls, and together, they overcome the harmattan. My dear ladies, be watchful. When the cold becomes unbearable, cover up. If it still doesn't work, drink hot tea. If it's still not working, errrrmmm I think you have to go spiritual; dance and sing praises to the Most High. My brothers, if the cold too much, baba, use blankets cover, if e no work, do some press-ups and sit-ups, if e no still work, go spiritual. Harmattan will soon be over. Don't become papa junior or mama mary before you marry. Finally, for my viewers who can't abstain, be sure to condomise. Do not fall victims of the times and seasons. Though the harmattan may endure till February, the rains will surely come in April. Enjoy your day. Blogger loves you.
